Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of storefronts hosted on ProductsPilot, including browsing products, claiming bonuses, placing orders and downloading purchased digital goods. By using a storefront you agree to these terms.

Storefront sellers

Each storefront is operated by an independent seller. Product descriptions, pricing, fulfillment and customer support for a purchase are the responsibility of that seller. ProductsPilot provides the storefront technology, payment checkout tooling and delivery infrastructure.

Purchases and digital delivery

When you complete checkout, payment is processed by Stripe on behalf of the seller. After a successful payment you receive access to download the digital files included with your order. Download links may expire or be rate-limited to protect purchased content.

Bonus claims and email

If you claim a bonus, you must provide a valid email address and confirm any required consent. Marketing email is only sent when you explicitly opt in. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse storefronts, attempt unauthorized access, abuse checkout or download systems, scrape content at scale or interfere with other buyers or sellers.

Disclaimer

Storefronts and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProductsPilot and sellers disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a product listing or these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProductsPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from storefront use, seller content or third-party payment processors. For purchase issues, contact the storefront seller first.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of a storefront after changes means you accept the updated terms.
